MODEREGGER Development specializes in the project development of land for open-field photovoltaic systems and large-scale battery storage systems.

 

We identify and secure land so that economically and technically viable energy infrastructure projects can be realized on it.

 

Our work begins long before the first electricity flows – and forms the basis for the energy generation and distribution of tomorrow.

We are currently active in six German federal states as well as in Austria.

 

As an independent partner, we act reliably at the interface between owners, authorities, network operators and our project partners. We combine technical expertise, legal know-how and market knowledge.

 

In our actions and conduct, we place particular emphasis on responsible handling of natural conditions, legal requirements and the interests of all stakeholders.

By identifying suitable sites for solar parks and large-scale battery storage, obtaining the necessary building permits, and securing grid connections, we are contributing to the success of the energy transition. Our aim is to implement this first and crucial step efficiently, thereby creating a sustainable foundation for the energy generation and storage of tomorrow.
