As a specialized project developer, we create the crucial foundations for the realization of energy infrastructure projects. Our focus is on identifying and developing sites for solar parks and large-scale battery storage systems.

 

We typically support our projects until they are ready to build and then hand them over to partners who implement and operate the project. Our work thus forms the central, preparatory stage in the value chain.

 

In certain cases, we can handle not only project development but also the construction phase. Here, we rely on our network of planning offices, construction companies, and players in the electricity market.

Wir pachten Frei- und Gewerbeflächen für die Projektierung und Errichtung von Photovoltaik- und Speicheranlagen. Für Sie als Eigentümer bedeutet das: konstante - und verglichen mit z.B. der landwirtschaftlichen Nutzung oft wesentlich höhere - Einnahmen über einen fest vereinbarten Zeitraum von bis zu 30 Jahren.

 

Wir bzw. unsere Projektpartner tragen die Kosten und Risiken. Nach Ende des Pachtvertrags werden die Anlagen zurückgebaut.

FÜR ANLEGER UND BETREIBER

PROJEKTPIPELINE

Wir entwickeln Solarparks ab ca. 5 MW installierter Leistung und Batteriespeicher unterschiedlicher Dimensionen (jeweils sowohl als Stand-alone sowie als Co-Location-Anlage) bis zum Ready to Build-Status und verkaufen diese anschließend an Anleger und Betreiber.​

Die Projekte können unmittelbar realisiert

werden - ohne langwierige Prozesse und Genehmigungsrisiken.

 

Auf Wunsch begleiten wir auch die Realisierung oder koordinieren den Einstieg technischer Partner zur Umsetzung.

Identification 
of Project Sites

Every project begins with the identification of a suitable area.

We examine planning, technical and economic criteria such as the location in the land use plan, the soil condition, existing uses, development and distances to protected areas and infrastructure.

An assessment of the yield potential and the possibilities for connecting to the electricity grid is also carried out.

Our goal is to make a sound assessment of the feasibility of a project at an early stage - and to develop only those areas where an economically viable and approvable project can be realized.

Land acquisition (purchase or lease)

If the conditions for project development are met, we secure the land contractually. This is usually done through long-term leases, but in some cases also through purchase.

For landowners, this means predictable income for up to 30 years, generally higher than from their own agricultural use, and without any risk or effort on their part. We place great value on transparent contract drafting, fair terms, and a collaborative partnership.

We or our project partners will bear all resulting costs – such as those for expert opinions, permits, or dismantling. The areas will generally remain unsealed, allowing for future agricultural use.

Project 
Development

In the subsequent project development phase, we prepare the area - until it is fully ready for implementation ("ready to build").

This includes obtaining necessary expert reports, coordinating with municipalities and authorities, supporting zoning and building permit processes, and planning the technical systems. We coordinate the entire project structure, address nature conservation and historic preservation concerns, and create the foundation for smooth construction and operation.

Our expertise in legal and technical matters enables efficient and targeted implementation.

Connection
to the Grid  

Integration into the existing power grid is crucial for the feasibility and economic viability of a project and is therefore an integral part of every project development. We therefore check the availability of a suitable grid connection point as early as possible and coordinate technical requirements with the responsible grid operator at an early stage.

If required, we will arrange for grid compatibility assessments and obtain binding grid connection commitments. Our goal is to establish a reliable connection solution even before the project is sold or handed over.

Construction

After completion of the development, we usually sell the project to investors or operators who take over the construction and long-term operation of the plant.

Although construction is not part of our core business model, we can certainly handle it. We draw on a network of partner companies in the EPC sector, which ensures high-quality and timely completion.
